I have severe anger issues
I have been having severe anger issues and I end up fighting with almost everyone. This is one of the main reasons of my breakup. I have been in love with this guy and it’s been three months. We have been having continuous fights. And he decided to break up only because of the fights. He has a lot in his plate and can’t deal with a relationship. He loves me for sure. How do I convince him that I can control my anger and not ruin things for him by fighting?

The first step to solving any problem is the recognition of the problem, which you have done. The next step would be to seek help. The pertinent question is, where to seek help.
