I have some other problem
I am diabetic, female 34 years, my weight is 64 kg m taking gluconorm sr 500 mg tablet 2 times a day, I wanted to start drinking apple cider Vinegar detox drink. Is safe to take both tablet and drink at same time?

Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily with relaxed mind Do pranayam and yoga daily Do meditation regularly Take salads, vegetable juices, soups regularly Avoid preservative containing, chemical containing juices Take freshly prepared carrot and beet root juice daily for 3 weeks Continue your current medicine for diabetes Reconsult after 15 days for further advice We will start some methi Dana after 15 days
