I am diabetic, female 34 years, my weight is 64 kg m taking gluconorm sr 500 mg tablet 2 times a day, I wanted to start drinking apple cider Vinegar detox drink. Is safe to take both tablet and drink at same time?

Do pranayam and yoga daily
Do meditation regularly
Take salads, vegetable juices, soups regularly
Avoid preservative containing, chemical containing juices

Continue your current medicine for diabetes
Reconsult after 15 days for further advice
