hello,
well my friend dont worry at all. stammering can be treated with proper training and exercise. My advice to you will be visit a speech therapist and they will take care of your problem.

You need to consult a team of Doctor
With relation to dental Occlusion, Articulation, phonation, loss of teeth has to be checked and corrected
