Chances of this stone coming out spontaneously are 15-20%..if it does not come out it may lead to kidney damage..
More chances that u may need endoscopic procedure.... URSL/RIRS...OR ESWL after standing
Can wait for 7-10 days if mild pain, no fever..
Get RFT, CBC done...
