I have tooth pain
Tooth pain since 4 days on chewing and even drinking water. Am out of town, can you suggest some pain relief? I'm already taking Paracetamol, is that enough?

Hello, pain could be because of cavity or infection to roots. Visit a dentist and get it checked. If required get an X-ray done. If there is a cavity get it filled or if infection to roots get the treatment done.

Hello Please visit a dentist and find out the underlying cause for the pain. Its always better to get the right diagnosis and start with the required treatment as indicated rather than popping painkillers. Eating painkillers without a proper diagnosis and treatment planning is not advisable.
Next Steps
Visit dentist as early as possible to prevent further pain.

It seems to be a case of deep cavity exposing your roots, so you may require root canal treatment followed by crown. If it is not that deep the IPC filling can be done only after its propwr diagnosis. Medication only after conaulting a dentist as drug allergies, medical fitness etc are many reasons to concern before writing any medication as al medical drugs do have side effects.
Next Steps
Place a piece of clove inside that area to get reief in pain and do not take cold stuff.

Don't panic. There is probably a tooth in the area with a deep decay. A further examination and probably an xray will be needed to confirm if a RCT is needed.
Next Steps
See any local dentist nearby. Confirm if you are allergic to any medications?
Health Tips
Don't apply any heat or pressure to the area. Avoid consuming anything in extremes of temperature or biting on that side.
