I have trigger finger
I had a pain in my pinky finger joint and sometimes it gets stuck. I posted m 10tg complaint in practo and one of the ortho specialist said me that I'm suffering from trigger finger Please say me some treatments or I should wear any brace for this

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate the patient  in detail. Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder, if you have any. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold air. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for hands. --.(Take help of a  physiotherapist). --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. Your complain makes it quite probable that you have trigger finger, the way to proceed is to get a blood sugar test done and a dose of local depot steroid can be injected in the sheath, that will help, else a small surgery is needed. You can wear a splint with finger in extension only at night, this may help ease pain, if it dosent proceed to second step, but get it injected by a hand surgeon.
