I have very bad knee pain
I have patellar tendonitis and its a struggle to do everyday things I have done stretches and RICE but it still gives me alot of trouble amd also I play basketball for my highschool

• Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area • Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

At younger age pain at shin of tibia common after playing. Take rest and analgesics. Pain will subsided after few weeks. Dont worry.
