Thank you for asking. Your problem is suggestive of a condition called as Phemosis. There is a tightness at the foreskin opening, due to a smooth retraction of the foreskin that should happen normally doesn't occur. It often cause discomfort while sex and if not corrected timely, may predispose towards penis skin infections. Most importantly it is completely curable.
