I'm concerned about herpes. Anal ulcers.

I have a few bumps on my vagina and anus. I had shaved and I am prone to ingrown hairs so at first I thought that's what it was. I wear tight pants often and I have a bump on my inner thigh I'm positive is a ingrown hair. I also tested for a yeast infection and it was positive on the monostat kit. After a few days I knew I kind of itched them but I took pictures and now they look like ulcers. Is it possible I just ripped my skin and got it infected. I'm also very scared it might be herpes. I did have a new partner a couple months ago that didn't use a condom once and I know that could potentially have done it. I am going to get a STD test soon but I work a lot and I feel really sick to my stomach thinking I might have herpes. I have looked up images and it doesn't really look like herpes on my vagina but towards my anus it looks similar ish to anal ulcers.
