Diabetic type 2 but fasting today was 283. i m taking azulix mf 2 forte twice and istavel 100 after lunch. i used to walk about 8 km daily

You are taking maximal doses of metformin, glimepiride, and sitagliptin. Despite that if Fbs is high, better to take once daily long acting insulin for bs control. Consult Endocrinologist near your locality.
