I'm have body pain, fever, constipation
I'm have body pain, fever, constipation from last 3 day, I'm consuming lot of water, curd, lemon water ORS even medicines but still I'm not getting well.

You are most likely suffering from acute infection. Start with the following medications
1. Tab. Gutwin (Rifaximin) 400mg 1 tab once daily
2. Cap. Immodium 1 cap only once (one time only)
3. Tab. Pantocid-D 1 tab once daily (empty stomach)
4. Tab. Flagyl 400mg 1 tab 3 times a day
5. Cap Vizilac 1 cap once a day
6. ORS
7. Tab Colimex 1 tab 2 times a day
8. Tab P-500 1 tab 2 times a day
Continue this medication for 5 days and inform me.
