I'm having constant headache for two day
Before the headache there was swelling around just one tooth in my mouth and had some gum pain remains for 3 days.And After that I can also see a white pimple in my tongue and throat itchiness and irritation.Please give me suggestion what should I do and what is the cause of this abnormal activities.

History isn't enough.. need local examination for proper assessment.. dental infection one of the possibility.. visit an ENT specialist/dentist for proper management.
