I'm suffering with pain in my left chest
Sir I'm suffering from pain in my lest side chest from one week and now i feel pain in my left hand and left knee also sometime i feel weekness.In my faimly my grandpa was suger patient.

Your desription of pain is inadequate. But still it seems unrelated to heart. Basic investigations like CBP with ESR, creatinine, ECG and Xray cervical spine to be done
