I was diagnosed with Costochondritis and H-pylori .. Im having chest pain , dizziness, shortness of breath , headaches, Lower left stomach pain , pain that sits in my upper left chest with pain , pressures that comes in middle of my chest every 2 mins n goes but happens more when I eat or lay down , I full pain is in my lower left stomach make all these problems get worse .. I'm scared to eat because it make problems worse so I only been eating soup , yogurt, crackers for 2 months now n drinking only water and Gatorade... nothing seems to be working I took all antibiotics for H-pylori and Prilosec only could handle amoxicillin.. and pep to bismuth.. I'm not having any relief it's constantly feeling the pressure ,achy ,tingling ,pressure, itchy sensation, and nerve tingling in my chest, left side arm pin n needle feeling in my left fingers .. I don't think it's Costochondritis .. I had Ct scan of chest , back , neck And stomach with n without contracts and hadesophagogastroduodenoscopy

Avoid lying down after meals for 2 hours atleast
Sleep in left lateral position
Eat on time, take medications on time
