Sip hot water every now and then till sweating.continue till temp. stabilises to normal.
Anaemia is a matter of concern, though blood was transfused but the underlying cause should be known.
Get a thorough Blood and urine analysis done.
Also get a Chest x-ray and ultrasound whole abdomen.
For fever more than 100°F do cold water sponging, if temperature persists even after taking paracetamol.
Since you have already had antibiotics in the recent past, take only paracetamol for the fever.

Hi, according to the doctor’s note you have generalised swelling all over the body, fever with low hemoglobin. Any male patient above 50 years are susceptible for cancer with spread to liver. When antibiotics where given and still there is persistent fever it is very much possible that it could be cancer which should be ruled out.
Next Steps
Consult a good physician because thorough clinical examination and back ground information is a must and that will give more information. I assume The physician to whom you have consulted has not touched the patient because there is no clinical notes on the prescription. My advise to you is find out a good doctor and show him.
