I notice a big lump on my testicles
About an year ago i start to notice a big lump on right side testicles it doesn't hurt or something like that but it really feel odd when i touch it and apart from it I don't feel any problem or so but it is really oddly shaped

Hi there I understand your concern... Testicular swelling maybe due to many reasons some of them are hernia,hydrocele,epididymitis, orchitis, varicocele,testicular tumor etc...detailed clinical examination and evaluation is necessary and you may require investigations like usg as well... I would suggest you to consult nearest surgeon they will do the needful.
