I recently had thyroid test
My t3 and t4 are in exact range but my tsh is high .I has to be between 0.3 and 5.5 for me it is 10.59 what step should i take

Hello...... hypothyroidism is due to decreased thyroxin harmone. It s commonly associated with weight gain and irregular period..... One need to take medications regularly.. Its long term problem..you should limit their intake of broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage,cauliflower, , turnips,......
