I recently taken surgery of k wire for fixation of my bone but my bone is not fix after k wire treatment so what can I do

You have to wait for atleast 3 months before it heals , discuss with ur surgeon

If your bone is not fixed with l wire then you may need to put up up a plaster or open reduction with plates and screws
