I suffering from blood pressure
I am suffering palipialtions and nausea and heart beats so faster and sounds big in my ears I go to hospital doctor done ecg echo tmt lipid and ct angio and all are coming normol but in echo concentric lvh is there but when I go to hospital I feels nervous and blood pressure raise in home that is around 130 but I use lodoz 2.5 but that is still 130 is it ok

Keep track of your blood pressure morning evening at the same time and in between if you feel palpitations. If it’s constantly more than 140/95 . Then you need to start medicine

If 24 hour BP monitoring is done ...it is very useful for u... If it turns out normal...u can further decide what next to do... For now u cannot stop that lodoz tablet also..it needs slow reduction of dose under medical consultation...

Ya it's ok. Take adequate rest and proper diet. Do some healthy exercise
