I think i got something called ganglion
Theres a little kind of a ball in the right side of my neck it also hearts when i swallow.Few days ago the left side of my neck hurted with the same symptomes then it went to the right sode but with a little ball this time

You seem to be suffering from cervical lymphadenitis secondary to throat infection. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers for few days for faster recovery. Usually it will resolve within few days
