I think i have breast cancer
I have been having pain in my breast from time to time
My bras are sometimes uncomfortable so I loosen the strap for more space
I have some white looking zits (small) on the nipples
And i don't know what to do
Im also 16

Dear user,
Stay calm. It's not cancer. You are in a phase where hormonal Imbalance is common. This causes changes in breast size. Very common issue in the teens where the breast is growing in size hence the pain and discomfort.
Just relax. Take some pain killers. That would do you good. It's self limiting
