I think i have perioral dermatitis
Yesterday i woke up with a rash like bumpy dry thing in the bottom of my lower lip and i think i have perioral dermatitis and i confused it with acne and put ance treatment and I think it irritated it more

Just a rash cannot be diagnosed without seeing if it’s dermatitis and you’ve put an antibacterial cream on it,commonly given in acne it won’t increase.
You need to see a dermatologist as the correct diagnosis and treatment needs to be given.
