I think I'm having Interstitial cystitis

Since last one and half month I'm noticing whenever a sexual thought or anything related to sex comes in my mind it causes anxiety and I feel my symptoms are as following testicular pain. constipation incomplete emptying of the bowels straining when emptying the bowels pelvic pain low back pain hip pain urinary incontinence incomplete emptying of the bladder slow flow of urine hesitancy or delayed start of urine stream urinary urgency urinary frequency, and painful urination. I've visited a urologist he have done sonography and found nothing just a mild cystitis and gave me antibiotics but the my conditions got worsen and I've visited him again and he did the same test and the results were same I've explained him all these things but he said I'm making it up and gave me antibiotics and said it's nothing but cystitis. I'm not understanding what's going on but I've noticed this and I'm sure when ever there's a sexual thought comes in my mind it leads to urine rentention.
