I think i may have autism
I am not sure if I have autism. I get very angry when I hear people chewing I always end up crying for no reason, also when I was young I always fidgeting with certain fabric that made me get on with my daily life I still do it I was always told it was a habit. I always found it hard to make friend because I never understood them I always felt different and I can not understand emotions. Every time I am forced into a social position I always cry and hurt myself. No one knows about this as well.

You need to talk to someone who can understand you. A therapist or a counsellor can also diagnose if you do have autism. Talking to someone about your thoughts and feelings and developing coping skills is something you should focus on. All to a counsellor.
