I think its a knee sprain
I suspect that i have knock knees as my knees touch but my ankles don't. I've stretched my mcl twice already the last time was around July of this year. Today i was turning around when i felt my knee bend inwards and made a huge clicking noise. i fell down in pain but it was not as bad as last time. This time the pain was bearable but I now feel unstable again when trying to walk.

There is a possibility of injury to ligament that stabilizes the knee cap bone(patella) to the lower of thigh bone( femur) on the inner aspect (MPFL) . It's advisable to meet the Orthopedic surgeon for clinical examination and proper diagnosis.
Next Steps
MRI may be required for confirming diagnosis if clinically liagment injury is suspected.
