I think my Uncle have sexual Problems
My uncle have some sexual problems since last few years. He sleep away from my aunt. He claims that she have external affairs since their marriage. They fight daily. I need to talk with uncle but I am 23 and he is 55. Due to this age gap I am not able to talk with him. He doesn't want anyone to know about this. Hence he doesn't go to the doctor. He also have hypertension. What can be possible sexual dysfunction he could have ? Also how can I convince him for a treatment. How should I talk to him?

It seems that he may have some delusion. (Delusion of infidelity).
And it is difficult to have a diagnosis without talking to him.
You can request him for a visit to psychiatrist for further evaluation.
