Hi ! Twnnis elbow is not a very good thing to have. Will take a while before it goes. You might have recurrent episodes of similar symptoms varying in intensity. Most important remains manual stretching and ice packs. Along with please take an anti inflammatory and analgesic medication for masking symptoms. High intensity laser therapy (HILT) can be of help. Do take precautions and avoid doing activities that increase pain. U ll be just fine. Dont worry!
