Can anyone suggest a chemical solution or such way which dentists generally use for teeth cleaning and plaque removal instantly from teeth which we can purchase from medical store?

In my opinion dentist dont use any chemicals to clean the teeth.we do it with the help of ur special scaling machines available in the dental clinic..plz get professional help..
