Just eat fast food..sweet take meal in every two hours plenty of sleep .non veg heavy dinner and go to sleep immediately it's slow ur metabolism ...which cause you fat accumulation

Simplest things take delicious indian sweets.and 40 gms. Chocolate. after normal food. Workout exe. Sleep well. Check weight after 15 days and reply me .

Go for high protein low fat diet. Make a log of ur diet and count calorie intake. Like weight loss, weight gain should be gradual and supervised. Do muscles Weight training with low intensity initially to avoid any injury. Your breakfast should be fulfilling. Take dinner light. Go for 8 hours of sleeping.
