I want to know which the problem that I
I' hve been suffering from anal pain from 2days it ion the right side a swollen thing thing I am feeling when I touched it. There is no blood while I go for pooping out but but pain making me very troubled.

Most likely you have an external piles.....
Though it is difficult to come to any conclusion or diagnosis from this description....
My suggestion is that you consult a Good Surgeon nearby and get it examined......
Health Tips
In the meantime .... do sitz bath in warm water with Alum powder added to it every morning....
Drink a cup of warm water or milk with a spoon of ghee added to it every night......
Eat lots of fibre rich food like green leafy vegetables n fruits.....
