I was diagnosed for Chronic Fissure
I was told by Dr I have Cronic Fissure with Anal Skin Tag Internal Himmerroids Grade 2. I am experiencing pain when I go for motion in the outer part of my Anus,He suggested to undergo Fissurectomy, Sphictertomy, and Hammerroudoplasty But I am fearing of surgery,please suggest if this can't be cured naturally as I am completely now strict with high fibrous food slitz baths and all that suggested But let me know should I undergo surgery or can Beth is be cured naturally.i have attached the suggestion of doctor please anyone suggest.

If prescribed medication is not working and u find it difficult to help yourself Then surgery remains last option
