Hello I was playing football and was elbowed in the ear my ear is muffled I can hear but it's all muffled it has been since last Friday what do I do???

There could be a possibility of traumatic perforation.. need to be confirmed by local examination of the ear.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
