I went to the psychiatrist yesterday.

i said i had OCD but i can control it. but make me hungry, make it digest well and make me sleep good.
For it Doctor wrote a syrup. Its name is "Practin"
But i do not know how to use it, when should use, how long to use, how much dose should be taken. Because i did not listen to the doctor properly.

Since you are already on medication I suggest you talk to your treating Psychiatrist and convey your query to them. As they are familiar with your history and have given the prescription they can help you better
