Nootropics r used in d treatment of dementia. Dementia is a age related cognitive deterioration. Means it is unlikely to be seen among young ppl. Cognition means not just memory. In broader sense includes processes such as knowledge, attention, judgment and evaluation, reasoning, problem solving and decision making, comprehension and production of language. Dementia happens because of damage to brain cells. And dese nootropics ve shown some beneficial effect in preventing such damage. So d action of dis drug is only if der is such cell damage in d brain. If a young person like u consume it, it vil not ve ny role to play. Rather der vil be side effects like sleep disturbance, fatigue n mood swings. Der r no magic drug in d market to boost ones memory power. Hard work with self confidence is d mantra for success. Don't waste ur time n energy consulting Dr. Google. Only few days left for ur exams, utilise  d time left.
