Based on your description of your concern.u have developed jaundice and your serum bilirubin is raised .it would be worthwhile to evaluate and screen you for various causes of jaundice .obstructive or non obstructive jaundice or infeactious like hepatitis .condition like hepatitis is sexually transmitted . Where as other conditions like obstruction to bile duct, biliary stones might not pose risk to your partner
