Iberogast can be taken or not?
I have a bloating problem. I dont get motion for more than 3 days and stomach pain and neck pain starts on the 3 rd day. I have taken dulcoflex tablets for few days the effect of which lead to loose motion. But for how long should i depend on the tablet for my motion? I want a permanent solution for this. I have read about Iberogast drops on the net and many users have reviewed it as a great working product for this problem. I want to know whether i can start using these drops or no.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Constipation related issues develop when there is very low fiber in your diet. Fiber is the thing which adds bulk to the stools and propels it forwards. You can take anything you want. Iberogast isn't something which we consider allopathy medicine, so we cannot say if you should take it or not. If you want, take it or else leave it.
