Ibs constipation due to nerve weak
My prikriti as per ayurvedic Vata-Pitta.I have IBS constipation since last 2 year after taking many ayurvedic medicine it could not solve but allopathy solve. I found calcium deficiency inspite of talking milk at night but due to some nerve damage or weak or anxiety or My blood heat problem and muscle weak said by ayurvedic doctor . Calcium not absorb in body. was taking milk with chini. But now i want to change my sugar with sarkara or shakar in milk with haldi(turmeric). My question is about jaggery. (1)Can jaggery be taken with milk because i have heard that jaggery contains or mixed salt and salt not suit with milk. (1) Can i also take jaggery after morning meal without milk. Will it create heat in body or Should i add ghee in vegetables. Kindly solve my these two question. Otherwise it can harmful further for my future.

Eat cooked food ,timely food andfresh food everyday. Avoid spicy oily hot foods,masala,nonveg,bakeryfoods,fastfoods,preserved foods. Eat two threetsf ghee ,buttermilk,boiled,cooled milk, everyday. Walking,physical activities,yoga,playing sports will keep u fit and healthy. Can eat jaggery everyday as such 25 GM's.can add to cooled milk .

Jagerry n milk should not be taken togather as per ayurveda it comes under viruddha anna ( incompatible food). U can cook vegetables in ghee or add little in them.
Health Tips
Avoid too much jagerry in summer as it is of hot potency instead take Khaadi shakar/Mishri/ patre shakar.
