IBS doesn't have any complete cure... treatment is only symptomatic... and also it's important to exclude other causes before jumping into conclusion of IBS like..parasites, H.pylori and others...  consult Gastroenterologist.. Hair fall could be due to many causes like several medications, including those for blood pressure problems, diabetes, heart disease and cholesterol,.Fungal infections (such as tinea capitis),Folliculitis,Hypervitaminosis A,Iron deficiency or malnutrition in general can cause hair fall..  Seborrheic dermatitis, a condition in which an excessive amount of sebum is produced and builds up on the scalp (looking like an adult cradle cap) is also a symptom of hormonal imbalances, as is an excessively oily or dry scalp.
