Yes, ice cubes can be used for temporary relief
But for skin concerns,preferably take proper consultation by a dermatologist for customised skin care products
Ice and cooling helps an oily skin person. But this is temporary solution. Prolonged use of ice on face can cause reactive redness when exposed to hot climates... So please avoid. Instead use a good facewash like Neutrogena oil free acne wash. This will take away the oil... Use it thrice daily if excessive oiliness is your problem..
