We have taken IgG Antibodies to Rubella Test for my wife and the result is non reactive I.e. 0.20 iu/ml .. we trying for a baby now.. do we need to take vaccination for this and is it mandatory.... what if we don't take this vaccination and concieve baby.. please advise..

Hello, it's not a routine for rubella vaccination, it's very less likely to be infected with rubella.. But you can get vaccinated if you have that available... There are thousands of infections which can cause problems during infection but it's not possible to get vaccinated for all of them... Choice is yours
