Hello Ma'am. Very Good morning. I think you are suffering from Muitivitamin and multimineral deficiency along with vitamin.D deficiency according to me. I think you should go for a preventive Health check up to Rule out any ailment along with Thyroid Function test. Also have Ultrasound Whole abdomen.
