Immunisation requirement of woman
My mother is 60 years old. She has taken one shot of Pneumovax 23 in 2018.
She is continuing with yearly shot of flu vaccine
1) Can Prevnar 13 be given to her.
2) What else modern available vaccination be considered for her
3) Whether there are any vaccine for prevention of breast cancer and other common prone cancer.

There is no vaccine for prevention of brest cancer.
There is a vaccine for prevention of cervical cancer but that is advisable in young age. At your mothers age following steps to be taken for prevention
Papsmear every 3 years (cervical cancer)
Mammogram every 2 years( breast cancer)
Usg pelvis every year( ovaries and uterus)
Continue with the yearly flu shot
Prevanar 13 is not indicated now.
