How severe the wound caused by a rabid dog should be to get an immunoglobulin done for rabies ??? Please tell

Irrespective of severity of wound ,if the dog is rabid you should get vaccination at the earliest ( full course ).

3rd degree bite or over face bite and rabid dog confirmed then require immunologic within 24 hrs of bite
