Hi, I am Dr Venkatesh Billakanti, You can continue HCQS and stop Saaz 1g if your symptoms are under good control and zero pain. You are not on steroids or other biologics which suppress your immunity so don't worry.
Next Steps
If your pain increases after stopping saaz you can restart with 500mg tablet and increase as needed.
Health Tips
isolation is the best may to prevent Corona from infecting you.
