I had a implant of titanium plate with screw in tibia .It is hardly one month of surgery and i have been asked for two month rest while exercising of foot i feel light pain in surgery area is it normal

Not normal.
Persistant pain after 4 weeks post surgery with implant is not desirous.
If your fracture is well fixed, then there is no need of taking rest for additional rest for 2 months.
You should be able to bear weight now, as it is very important factor for fracture and wound healing.
