Hi doctor, i do mostly night shifts at my work. Due to my duty timings i am not getting proper sleep. Some times not even 2 hrs of sleep for whole day. When this continues for 2 to 3 days i do get severe headach this is happenning very frequent now a days.

Unfortunately our body is mechanised in such a way that adequate sleep is a must, and if one cannot have adequate sleep due to shift work, as is your case, catch up sleep would help. If not, the body sends warning through physical problems like headache, as in your case. Hence you would benefit from reflecting on work life balance.
