Improper speech for age
My daughter just turned 3 and she is still not able to communicate clearly. She uses 2 words but cannot form sentence. We speak tamil and English at home. With her friends in hindi. We tried speaking all the languages but I still don't see any improvement in her speech. It's been same for last 6 months. She is been going to preschool for last 1 year. She understands us perfectly and is very social. She responds to everyone. She talks a lot but in her 'own language' which we cannot understand

If she is babbling and understanding your commands, it is very likely that she will speak.
If you are anxious about it you could consult with your pediatrician or an ENT specialist to rule out any abnormalities.
