Nausea reduction at 6 weeks on its own is not a good sign and may be a sign of failing pregnancy but it may be because of antiemetic prescribed to you by your gynae. And spotting is also worrisome so visit your gynae she will prescribe you some inj and tab of progesterone to support your pregnancy.

It is OK for nausea to settle down. Just do a repeat ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and gestational sac after 2 weeks
