RTMS works better on mild to moderate depression, in sever depression medication along with RTMS is more effective. You have to be more specific about your initial symptoms and how are you doing now for me to accurately respond to your question.

Hi depression is caused by many factors. RTMS. may improve the mood in short term. This improvement may vanish once RTMS is stopped. You will need medication to sustain improvement
