In depression and lonely
My gf does not care about me anymore. She just thinks about herself and her happiness. She goes to club with other guys during the night time. She doesn't think about me at all. I just keep pleading and begging and she shouts at me a lot. She just retaliates a lot and is just concerned about her happiness.

Sorry to hear about your situation.
Without sounding patronising and judgemental, irrespective of who is at fault, unhealthy relationships can have significant psychological effects for any normal person.
It might be helpful to have an open discussion about the relationship in order to decide on future of the relationship.
